Quersus chairs are meticulously engineered and rigorously certified for security and long-lasting performance. These chairs have been subjected to a combination of standardized testing methodologies prevalent in the industry and proprietary examination procedures, enabling you to recline in total tranquility.
To provide our customers with even more security, we offer them different Warranty Programs.
Up to 5-Year
Standard Warranty
Our Standard Warranty covers every part of your chair, including the metal components, cushions, armrests, or casters, against any defects in material or workmanship.
Every customer is eligible. You are covered from the date of your purchase to the end of the warranty term.
Up to 7-Year
Extended Warranty
Our Extended Warranty is a free extension of the Standard Warranty that any customer can apply to.
It covers every part of your chair, including the metal components, cushions, armrests, or casters, against any defects in material or workmanship.
Any customer who posted a photo or video of their chair on their Twitter, Instagram or Facebook page is eligible for this extension.
Up to 10-Year
Extra Limited Warranty
Our Limited Warranty specifically applies to non-moving metal components, primarily the frame of the chair.
Every customer is eligible. You are covered from the date of your purchase to the end of the warranty term.

Cases of exclusion
The warranty programs do not cover damages from evident misuse, abuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, and natural aging of materials. For claiming the warranty, customers need to complete the Warranty Claim Form and provide pictures/videos of the damages.
